vigorjp operates in supported regions where local law permits gaming. We verify your location at account creation using your payment method and IP address. If your region isn't supported, you won't be able to complete registration. Contact support if you believe your region should be eligible.
We use TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Your password is hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Two-factor authentication is available in your account settings. We audit our security practices quarterly.
Account violations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Minor infractions may result in a warning. Serious violations—fraud, underage play, bonus abuse—can lead to account suspension or permanent closure. We notify you in writing and explain the reason.
Yes. Log into your account, go to Settings > Account History, and download your full transaction log as a CSV or PDF. You can filter by date range and payment method. This data is yours to keep and use for personal records.
We retain your account data for 7 years to comply with regional financial regulations and dispute resolution requirements. After 7 years, personal data is deleted. Transaction records may be kept longer if required by law.
Deposit references are Rp 100,000 to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction via QRIS, DANA, OVO and GoPay. Withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000,000 per request. Daily and monthly caps apply; check your account dashboard for your specific limits based on verification level.
vigorjp does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Your payment processor (QRIS, DANA, OVO or GoPay) may apply their own fees; these are shown before you confirm. We never add hidden charges on top of your transaction.
